Students enrolled in PROSVASI who have requested any accommodation or service during their classes are kindly requested to provide their individualized plan for needs and support (EPAY) to their instructors and explain its contents.

PROSVASI will electronically send the individualized plan to the Secretariat of your department to be forwarded to your instructors. However, it is very important that you also inform your instructors and explain what your individualized plan entails. Your role is crucial in implementing the accommodations you are requesting.
