The registration period for PROSVASI for the spring semester of 2023-2024 begins on Monday, January 29, and ends on Friday, February 16, 2024.
During the same period, students who wish to do so can hold meetings to update their needs.
A. If you are a student who has not yet registered in PROSVASI and would like to register, follow these steps:
- Complete the online registration form on the PROSVASI website (Register in PROSVASI).
- The form will ask you to attach two documents:
- A diagnostic document from a public agency that lists your disability and/or special educational needs, and
- A descriptive evaluation report of your skills (e.g., academic, cognitive, communication, social, mobility, etc.) and needs (you can obtain it from the same agency that issued the diagnostic document or from any other public or private agency that conducted an evaluation process).
- After completing the form, schedule an appointment online through the PROSVASI website (Schedule an Appointment) to have your needs recorded in person (in the city of Volos or Larissa) or remotely via Microsoft Teams.

B. If you are a student who is already registered in PROSVASI and would like to inform us of any changes to your needs, the services you receive, or the accommodations you request, schedule an appointment with PROSVASI.
If you do not wish to make any changes, you do not need to contact PROSVASI. The PROSVASI document issued from the previous semester remains in effect.
