The Accessibility Center for individuals with disabilities at the University of Thessaly is co-organizing, together with the 15th Gymnasium of Larissa, an educational event tomorrow, Thursday, May 14, 2026, entitled:
“Accessibility for All: I Know, I Accept, I Act”
The aim of the event is to raise awareness and inform the school community about issues of disability and accessibility, emphasizing the importance of acceptance, respect, and equal participation of everyone in everyday life and in education. Through experiential activities and open discussion, participants will have the opportunity to better understand the difficulties faced by people with disabilities, as well as to see how important it is to create an inclusive environment without exclusions.
We would like to warmly thank the headmaster and administration of the 15th Gymnasium of Larissa for their cooperation and for the opportunity they are giving us to visit the school and implement this activity.
For us, engagement with the school community is particularly important, as it gives us the opportunity for meaningful communication and interaction with students.
