At the beginning of each academic year or semester an individual assessment takes place (in person or remotely) during which the student discusses her/his needs and also identifies and asks for the services she/he requires.

After the completion of the meeting, PROSVASI prepares a letter of accommodations, which describes your needs and also includes teaching practices that the lecturers can apply to enhance your access during lectures and exams. This document is prepared by PROSVASI, read, and approved by you. Then you are encouraged to share this report with your lecturers in order to help them understand your needs. Furthermore, PROSVASI with your consent sends the report to your lecturers.

During the year, you are encouraged to update your needs but this needs to take place at least one month before the beginning of the examination period.
